What is the Sunway Portal website?

Sunway Portal is the Santerno telecontrol service through which you can monitor your plant, by web portal or by using the software RemoteSunway. So you can know the state of the plant in real time and be advised in the case of alarm or lack of connection (i.e. when monitoring is not fully functional) by email and text message.

How is the Sunway Portal accessed?

From the site http://www.sunwayportal.it with username and password reserved to Santerno customers.

What are the advantages of this service?

Telecontrol means that you can constantly monitor your plant to check correct functioning, be promptly advised in the case of anomalies and informed about troubleshooting of any causes of breakdown. You can also modify the parameters of the plant devices.

How do I activate the service?

Your plant must be equipped with at least one datalogger card ES851 and/or a PC.

What does the "Real Time" service consist of?

The service consists of:

  • A “Map” with the geographical position of the plant; lights that indicate correct functioning of the inverters installed, by means of a colour code; several windows for each plant with essential production data; the weather conditions surveyed by the on-site environmental sensors; weather data from the nearest airport; geographical coordinates; ephemerides (i.e. time of dawn and sunset); day length and the altitude of the sun on the horizon. The map is a service integrated with Google.Map (satellite display as street or hybrid map is also possible).
  • The “Plant Fleet”: a table of the main production data from all the customer’s plants and prospectuses of all data gathered from each individual plant and sub-field.
  • The “Plant Scheme”, where all monitored devices are shown. On each one a light is indicated which shows the operating level by means of a colour code. A summary of the related measurements can be read with a click of the mouse.
  • The “real time diagram” showing the plant fleet production and irradiation data of the current day, for each individual plant or for a selected group.

What does the "Historical" service consist of?

The “Historical” service makes available all data correctly obtained from the datalogger cards since start-up of the service itself. This data is processed, gathered and made available by means of diagrams exportable into CSU tables. It gives access to diagrams and tables illustrating the historical data of:

  • Power produced, irradiation, surrounding temperature and module plan.
  • Energy produced and energy account.

What is the SUNWAY™ remote software?

This is the basis on which Elettronica Santerno builds all the telecontrol services offered to customers. The tool by which remote control of the supervision of multiple plants is made possible (i.e. plants in different locations) or in general for remote management of unsupervised plant.

What data does the SUNWAY remote software supply?

For each recognised and authenticated user the LINK can supply a list of cards, also indicating how many minutes have elapsed

What other advantages are there in the service?

Further advantages of the service are:

  • Telecontrol: remote measurement (configurable by the customer) and remote configuration/commands.
  • Datalogger: publication on the FTP data site www.data.elettronicasanterno.it
  • Remote Alarm Monitoring: email sent in the case of anomalous events (configurable by the customer).
  • Remote Service: Troubleshooting, email sent in the case of absence of communication (configurable by the customer), intervention “within 72 hours”.
  • String Supervision: measurement and antitheft by means of string control switchboards. Email sent in the case of anomalous events (configurable by the customer). The supervision system allows management of any additional peripherals such as luminous boards, display monitors, auxiliary sensors and environmental sensors.
